Payments

An order will only be processed once we have received the required payment.

You can pay via credit card, debit card or EFT.

Deliveries

To make things convenient and simple, we offer free nationwide delivery, which means the price you see is the price you pay.

We use the services of The Courier Guy to make deliveries. We deliver through the week Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.

After making a purchase, we will arrange for the courier to deliver your purchase to your door and we will provide you with the relevant delivery details via email. Kindly ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Returns of Purchased Items

If your item is received faulty or damaged, we will either offer to exchange the item for you if we still have the same product in stock or exchange for similar. This must be reported within 3 days after item received.
